Data access across Explore
Works with any data loaded and available within the Explore platform, so you call licensed datasets without storing or versioning the underlying data yourself.
Data API
Explore / Crosstab API
The TelmarHelixa Explore / Crosstab API is a RESTful API that enables clients to bring trusted syndicated survey intelligence directly into their local or cloud-hosted applications. Teams can interrogate codebooks and retrieve tabulated insights from all licensed datasets, supporting real-time analysis within their own environments.
Rather than requiring clients to store, manage, or version the underlying data themselves, the API provides on-demand, real-time access to the latest available dataset — along with a five-year historical backlog for trend analysis. Usage is unlimited in terms of number of runs; billing is per call and scales with the volume of data returned.

Works with any data loaded and available within the Explore platform, so you call licensed datasets without storing or versioning the underlying data yourself.
Always returns the latest available data version for the surveys you are entitled to.
Five-year historical backlog available for trend analysis. Your application owns how you compare results across calls — the API does not bundle a built-in trend function.
`POST /crosstab` returns weighted projected audience (`WgtAud`), unweighted respondents (`Resps`) and a stability flag (`Stbl`) for each target.
`GET /docs` returns the live OpenAPI document so your client can confirm the contract before a batch run.
`OPTIONS /crosstab` reports the allow headers your origin needs, without requiring an API key.
Bring tabulated insights from licensed datasets into your local or cloud-hosted application under your own branding.
Crosstab two targets against a shared population base to drive a side-by-side audience tile in a planner or dashboard.
Ask for one target when you only need a single cut — for example a live check that a planned buy clears a stability threshold.
Pull historical backlog across calls and compare results in your own application — the API returns the data; your product owns the trend UX.
Rates, tiers and contract terms are not published here. What a call costs for you depends on volume and commitment, so commercial terms are agreed with Sales rather than listed on a public page.
Hard technical limits. Requests that breach these are rejected with a machine-readable error rather than silently truncated.
“Unlimited runs” means no call cap inside your agreement. It does not mean no protection for the service or for other tenants.
